Delivery Information
Most orders are dispatched the next working day, but please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch depending upon stock availability.
All orders are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves.
Any order up to, and including, £99.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Any order over £100.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Returns Policy
Returns and Refunds Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date you received it. A re-stocking charge of £5.95 will be deducted from your refund although if returned for an exchange, the re-stocking charge will be waivered. Should you then decide to return an exchanged watch for a refund, you will be charged extra return costs. Unless the watch is faulty, we can not accept the return of watches that have been worn, personalised or had their bracelets adjusted.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If you receive a watch that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself. We ask that you notify us of your intentions to return an item by email or phone on 01227 765340.

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the manufacturer guarantee information that accompanies your watch as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty watch, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If you choose to return a faulty watch to us, please contact us on 01227 765340 to discuss how to go about it.

Our Refunds Policy
When we receive a watch returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process the refund in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase. If we have agreed to refund the postal cost incurred returning a watch to us, this will be done in the form of a cheque. Refunds will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the product by Eclipse Jewellery and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us on 01227 765340 for assistance.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
